1. What do I get for my money?

After Sales

1. I have just paid but not received my ebook, what's going on?

Please follow this procedure to download your eBook:

1. After paying by Paypal you will be reidrected to a webpage informing you of your successful purchase.
2. A message will be sent to the your Paypal email address asking you to verify that address.
3. Click the link in the message to verify your email address.
4. Once verified you will immediately receive another message containing a download link
5. Click the link in the message to download your eBook.

Please remember to check your 'junk mail' folder if you do not receive any of these messages in your inbox.

2. What information do I need to register the ebook?

When you double click the eBook to open it for the first time, click on 'Register to view this eBook'. There are several 'red' fields that you need to fill in:

1. First Name
2. Last Name
3. Email Address
4. Login (your choice of username)
5. Password (your choice of password)
6. Confirm Password

3. When opening the eBook for the first time I see the message "There was an error in connection to EbookGenerator site. You are not allowed to view this ebook."

Please check your internet security settings and lower them or switch them off. High internet security settings or anti-virus protection and/or firewalls could be mistakenly blocking or altering the downloaded eBook. You should disable virus protection and firewalls and download the eBook again.

4. Can I resell the ebook?

No, the ebook does not include any resale / reproduction rights.

5. What if I choose to resell the eBook anyway?

Each eBook needs to be registered before it is able to be used. Magic Hat Ltd is able to 'disable' any unauthorised copies which appear on the registration server, rendering them unopenable and useless.
